- All admission applications will first go through a screening process.
- For Pre-Primary classes (Toddlers - II), the child, along with both parents, will have an interaction session with the Principal. After screening the application, the school will inform the parents about the date and time for this session.
- For students applying to Class I and above, the process involves a written assessment of the child, followed by an interaction session with the Principal, where both parents must be present.
- For Pre-Primary (Toddlers - II), the assessment and interaction will take place on the same day. The school will confirm the specific date and time to the parents once the application screening is complete.
- For Classes III and above, the assessment and interaction will be scheduled on different dates and times. The school will provide these details to the parents after screening the application.
- After the interaction session, parents will receive an email from the school regarding their child’s admission status. If the child is selected for admission, the school will send detailed instructions on completing the admission formalities via email.
Note
- Issuance of a Registration Form does not guarantee admission. Admission is contingent upon seat availability and fulfilment of admission criteria.
- The School Management reserves the right to withdraw an offer of admission if any information provided by the parents is found to be incorrect or misleading. Additionally, admission or registration will be automatically cancelled for candidates who do not meet the specified eligibility criteria. Once admission is granted by the Principal, no changes to the applied class will be permitted.
- For Lower Nursery, Upper Nursery and KG sections, admission will be subject to availability in the morning or afternoon batch.
- The Accounts Department does not offer installment payment options for Admission Fees. Fees, excluding the Security Deposit, are non-refundable under any circumstances. No concessions are available for siblings' admissions.
- For new admissions, tuition fees will be applicable from the date of admission. It is mandatory to complete all payment formalities within seven working days of admission being granted; failure to do so will result in the cancellation of admission.
- At the time of admission, the original Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation or Local Panchayat, along with an attested photocopy (the original will be returned), must be presented.
- For admissions to Class I and above, a Transfer Certificate from the previous school is required. The medical form and doctor's certificate must be downloaded, completed, and submitted during the admission interview.
