I. ACADEMIC INFRASTRUCTURE

The school has invested in creating a conducive learning environment with ergonomically designed chairs and tables sourced from Germany. Classrooms are equipped with cutting-edge technology like interactive Smart Boards, LCD projectors, and HDTVs, enhancing teaching methods and engaging students effectively.

II. RESOURCE CENTER

The Resource Center at Southcity International School is a veritable treasure trove of knowledge, brimming with an extensive collection of books that cater to both our junior and senior students. With separate libraries dedicated to these age groups, we aim to provide a tailored and enriching learning experience. Our Junior Library is a vibrant space filled with engaging storybooks and educational materials for our younger learners. In contrast, the Senior Library offers a diverse collection of literature, reference materials, and resources for research and academic pursuits. Our dedicated library staff is always ready to assist students in their quest for knowledge and reading pleasure.

III. INFOTECH CENTER

The school boasts two Infotech Centres that facilitate learning in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Programming, and multimedia presentations using cutting-edge technology. Additionally, the Science labs meet international standards, offering hands-on experimentation and project work opportunities. Moreover, an advanced Audio-Visual lab is readily available for PowerPoint presentations, video conferencing, and lectures. The robotics lab at South City International School is a dynamic space dedicated to hands-on STEM education. Equipped with robotics kits, tools, and technology like LEGO Mindstorms and Arduino boards, it fosters interdisciplinary learning by allowing students to design, build, and program robots.

IV. ART AND CRAFT ATELIER

The Art and Craft Centre is thoughtfully designed with adjustable desks catering to the children's unique needs. Here, they eagerly engage in art, craft, and ceramics, providing an outlet for positive, tangible, and imaginative self-expression.

V. DANCE STUDIO

The Dance Studio offers students a platform to master Indian, Western, and contemporary dance forms, fostering cross-cultural exposure and enriching their appreciation for fine art.

VI. MUSIC STUDIO

• EASTERN MUSIC STUDIO

  With an array of traditional instruments, such as sitar, tabla, erhu, and gamelan, students have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the rich heritage of Eastern music.

• WESTERN MUSIC STUDIO

  Equipped with a wide range of instruments, including pianos, guitars, violins, and drums, students can unleash their musical talents and explore diverse genres like classical, jazz, rock, and pop.

VII. THE ZEN SPACE

At our school, we take pride in providing a dedicated zen space where students can engage in the transformative practices of Yoga and meditation. This serene environment offers a peaceful sanctuary for students to foster their mental well-being, promote mindfulness, and find moments of inner calm amidst the demands of academic life. Through the integration of Yoga and meditation into our educational approach, we strive to nurture not only their academic growth but also their emotional and spiritual development.

VIII. HOME ECONOMIC CENTER

A vibrant place to learn cooking, meal planning, sewing, stitching, hospitality, flower arrangements and other practical life skills.

IX. MULTIPURPOSE HALL

A large Multi-purpose Hall with a state-of-the-art stage and foldable chairs accommodating 700 students. The Hall doubles up as an Auditorium when required. It is also used as an indoor stadium for sports activities like Table tennis and Badminton.

X. SPORTS INFRASTRUCTURE

  Our indoor sports facilities foster mental agility and camaraderie among students, with Table Tennis and Chess promoting quick reflexes and critical thinking. Students also enjoy fun and competitive games like Carrom, creating a holistic indoor sports experience that enhances strategic prowess.
